August 2007 We have added a new Spam filter, Mintel MailTrap. MailTrap has many features you can control like Whitelist (always accept), Blacklists (always deny), and custom scoring. MailTrap settings apply whether you check your mail from webmail or use your own Outlook/Outlook Express. Filtered e-mail can only be viewed from webmail. Changing your MailTrap settings can only be done from the webmail Options. To access the MailTrap settings, log into webmail. Select Options, then select Mintel MailTrap. The most important setting you can make to improve your filter is to reduce the the Spam Score. By default, the Spam Score is 10, setting this to 5 will make MailTrap catch more spam. If you set it to 1, the only email you receive will be from people you have whitelisted. For additional information on the settings, please read the MailTrap Options page. All Filtered
